WebpowerX (formerly Webpower) was established in 1999 in the Netherlands and entered China in 2005, part of Shanghai Webpower Information Technology Co., Ltd. In 2018, the management team proposed a management buyout (MBO) offer to acquire the Dutch Webpower company and successfully completed the acquisition of Shanghai Webpower Information Technology Co., Ltd. Currently, WebpowerX has six branches worldwide.
